Mrs. Glenda (Miss Glenda) Phelps has retired as Director of our After School Program which she started 15 years ago. She is surrounded by her family (husband Sonny and Son, Steve), also her staff and many of her students. She was presented with a plaque and a four day vacation to a place of her choice. |
